Harley-Davidson® of Macau

I like racing, and so I enjoy motorcycling.  Riding on the motorcycle allows me to release my body and mind from stress and fatigue, and takes me to an astonishing level of excitement.  I always visit Harley-Davidson@ of Macau where I can feel the engine in the JUMP START experience!  It is so wonderful to hear the engine sound and feel the car feature with a demo Harley-Davidson®.  Don’t forget to complete your visit with a cup of refined coffee in the store, and explore different kinds of riding gears, outfits and accessories in the MotorClothes® & merchandise area.

Cool ThingzZ & Portuguese Spot

I am always intrigued by the Portuguese food, culture and traditions. They are very different from Korean culture.  Here in Taipa Village, I am attracted by a delicate shop which is home to a wide variety of Portuguese souvenirs and wines – Cool ThingzZ & Portuguese Spot. I met the owners of the shop. They have a huge passion to promote Portuguese culture and traditions in Macau.  Spending your time at his shop and restaurant, talking with him and his staff is the best way to learn about the history here.

La Familiga

I enjoy feeling like home when dining.  La Familiga is one of the best choices for me!  It is an exquisite Macanese restaurant which offers a convivial family-style atmosphere that suits my requirement. It is not easy to find a place in Macau where I can enjoy African chicken and other authentic Macanese home-made dishes at the same time, and it only happens at La Famiglia, not to mention about the tantalizing serrdura that embodies the true taste of Portugal.  Aside from dining floors, their rooftop bar also shines with enchanting views.

Goa Nights

Have you been to Goa – the city in the west of India?  If not, it doesn’t matter.  You can experience the vibe of this city in the modern Indian tapas style restaurant and cocktail bar here at Taipa Village.  Let’s go to Goa Nights.  I like nestling at the splendid bar at the ground floor, talking to the bartender Mr. Chetan Gangan and pampering myself with his generous selection of craft cocktails made with unique spices, fruit and spirits. Chetan told me that his signature collection is inspired by the voyage trip of Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama, where he created 9 different cocktails in accordance to the 9 cites of the journey.  What a creative guy!   At Goa Nights, I can’t help taking too much bar snacks and Goan-flavoured delicacies as they are really too perfect for cocktail pairing.

Curry King

When I just arrived in Macau, I was surprised to see a local snack called “fish ball”, which is considered as a popular food in Macau. Here in Taipa Village, I discover an amazing fusion eatery “Curry King” which offers Chao Zhou fish balls mixed with Indian flavours!  The fish balls are smooth and bouncy, and can be mixed in different sauces including garlic juice flavour, mild spicy Indian juice flavour and hot Indian Masala curry juice flavor.  I start to love this snack!
