With over 100 years of history, Fat Siu Lau’s reputation is built on its extraordinary Portuguese-styled Western cuisine. Its founder, Mr. Wong Man Sing first established Restaurante Fat Siu Lau in a two-storey wooden building at Trav. Do Matadouro, Macau and was later expanded and relocated to Rua da Felicidade (the historical red light district), where it is still located today.
Fat Siu Lau is now run by the 3rd and 4th generations of Mr. Wong Man Sing’s family. The “Shek Ki Superb Roasted Pigeon” is Fat Siu Lau’s signature dish. The recipe to the flavourful marinade has been a closely guarded secret for 100 years and has made this roasted pigeon dish a legend.
Fat Siu Lau 3 is located near the Venetians, City of Dreams and the new Macau Galaxy, with a green Euro architectural motif. The restaurant can accommodate up to 100 persons for private functions. Besides their famous dishes, the head chef has created a new dish called Stewed Chicken in Port Wine sauce (available only in Taipa branch). Using the best selected port wine (imported by the restaurant) to make this dish so delightful.

An original creation by our chef. The curry is made from a special blend of Asian spices with other condiments to obtain a well balanced flavor and aroma that still allow one to sense and savor the freshness of the seafood.
When Portuguese traveled to the East by way of Africa, they learned about African spices and cooking techniques and brought them to Macau. The recipe has been further adapted by our chef to create this hot and appetizing dish.
