The founder of R-Cheriroff Food, Mr. Ling, firstly learned Russian pastry making in Hong Kong 40 years ago and introduced the traditional pastries to Macau in 1990. With his talent, he brings the traditional pastries to modern time and recreated various flavored for Russian nougats and cookies.
